This Privacy Policy explains how the Oxente TV app (the "App"), offered free of charge by OXENTE NET TELECOM LTDA ("Oxente Net", "we"), collects, uses, shares and protects users' personal data. It follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — "LGPD"), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) and Google Play policies.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Data we collect
2.1 Registration data
To let you use the App and the services you subscribe to, we may process:

2.2 Location (geolocation)
The App may ask for access to your device's location in order to provide and improve the service. Location is only collected with your permission and is never sold or used for advertising. Android only shares your location with your permission, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings › Apps › Oxente TV › Permissions. Some features may not work without this permission.
2.3 Log and error data
When an error occurs in the App, we collect technical data from your device, including through third-party services. This is called "log data" and may include: - your device's IP address; - device name and model; - operating system version; - the App's configuration at the time of use; - date and time of use; - other technical statistics.
We also keep App access records for at least 6 months, as required by article 15 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.

4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it in the cases below:
- Internet provider and management system (ERP): name, address, phone number, gender and date of birth may be synchronized with the ERP of the provider responsible for the services, to keep the customer record up to date and manage the subscribed services.
- Third-party services used by the App: these may collect information that identifies you, under their own policies:
- Google Play Services — Google Privacy Policy
- Service providers: companies and individuals hired to run the App, provide the service on our behalf or analyze how it is used. They access data only to perform these tasks and may not use or disclose it for any other purpose.
- Authorities: when required by law or court order.
5. International transfers
Services such as Google Play Services may process data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows article 33 of the LGPD.
6. Cookies
The App does not use cookies directly. Some third-party libraries included in it may use cookies or similar identifiers to collect information and improve their services.
7. How long we keep data
- Registration data: while the account or contract is active and, after that, for as long as needed to meet legal obligations and exercise rights.
- Access records: 6 months (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework).
- Log and error data: for as long as needed to diagnose and fix problems.
- Tax and payment data: for the period required by tax law (usually 5 years).
After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
We use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, such as encrypted connections and access control. Still, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure. If an incident creates a relevant risk, we will notify you and the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD), as the LGPD requires.
9. Your rights (LGPD, art. 18)
At any time, you may: - confirm whether we process your data and access it; - correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; - request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; - request data portability; - request deletion of your account and data — see the Data Deletion page (in Portuguese); - find out who we share your data with; - withdraw consent, for example the location permission.
To exercise these rights, write to privacidade@oxentenet.com. We will reply within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with the ANPD.
10. Links to other sites
The App may contain links to third-party sites. Those sites are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We recommend reading the privacy policy of each one.
11. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we find out that a child has sent us personal data, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who become aware of such a case can write to privacidade@oxentenet.com.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with the version number and effective date at the top of the page, and previous versions remain available for reference. This version replaces the policy of March 9, 2021.
